  • The AccuSom™ communicates in multiple languages and utilizes Verizon’s Wireless network to transmit data for same-day diagnosis.
  • AccuSom is the only wireless home sleep test approved by the FDA
  • Three sensors collect five AASM parameters essential to OSA diagnosis:
    • Airflow and noise sensor is worn on the face
    • Breathing effort sensor is worn around the chest
    • Heart rate and oxygen sensor is worn on the finger

  • Three sensors connect to the small NovaSom® data collection module worn on the wrist, which transmits data to the bedside unit
  • Bedside unit uses voice prompts to instruct patient and records sleep data for up to three nights
    • During the night, device can be temporarily unplugged
    • Three small sensors are worn on the body to collect physiological parameters for OSA diagnosis:
  • Breath sensor – worn on the face to measure airflow and noise
    • Chest sensor- worn around the chest to measure breathing effort
    • Finger sensor- worn on the finger to measure heart rate and oxygen levels
