Physicians can request home sleep test and study results by NovaSom can be ordered online, by phone or by fax.
To set up registration by phone, call NovaSom at 1-877-753-3776.
To set up an online registration, order a home sleep test online or access test results:
- Login to the Secure Area. Click on "MediTrack Login" to access the online services. If you have not registered, Click on the "Register with us" link to begin this one-time process. Once registered, you can click on the "Login" button at any time to order a sleep study online, review patient test status or download test results.
- Either you or your Office Administrator enters the Patient Information. Once logged-in, click on the "Enter New Patient" button.
- Order the Patient Test. After entering the patient information, simply click on the "Order Patient Test" button.
Once registered, you can login anytime and establish your own "virtual" sleep lab, securely view patient data, track outcomes, receive on-line CME credits, and perform a number of other services to improve patient care.
