Practice Support Specialist

Location: Glen Burnie, MD

This position performs as an inside sales person working closely with our outside sales Territory Managers (TMs). TMs will identify qualified accounts that will be handed off to you so you can manage them, grow them, guide them through the process of ordering AccuSom Home Sleep Tests (HSTs) and advise them on necessary follow-up after the HST is completed.

Except for the TM, you will serve as the sole contact from NovaSom for that HCP's (Health Care Professional) office and you will interact with others in NovaSom to coordinate activities.

 

Clinical Sleep Technician

Location:  Glen Burnie, MD

This position will be a key member of the clinical team supporting accurate and timely processing of Home Sleep Studies, Patient Education and CPAP Titration Studies. This position will support the Clinical Operations Staff and other departments as needed.

Patient Support Representative

Location: Glen Burnie, MD

Patient Support Representative will perform duties to support patients from order delivery to test completion and return process.  This includes timeliness of order entry, resolution of missing information, verification of plan eligibility and coverage, patient scheduling, education and follow up to support completion of testing and return of units all within established goals set for the company.

Insurance Verification Representative

Location: Glen Burnie, MD

 This is a front-line position responsible for administrative support of all contact prior to, during and at the conclusion of the patient's course of care. This includes Emdeon not mapped insurance verification, obtaining patient out of pocket expenses and obtaining authorizations. The position is responsible for inbound and outbound telephone contact.

Territory Sales Manager – Seattle

Location: Seattle, Washington

A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for managing and growing their sales territory. 

This position is the field professional representative to the Medical Community and is the ambassador of the company. The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for sales of company services.  This may include, but not be limited to, prospecting, quoting and closing new business.  Once the service is sold it is the responsibility of the TSM to in-service and educate the account.  The TSM is also responsible for managing the existing service business.  The TSM is expected to update their activities and opportunities in accordance with company standard operating policies.
